Appointments
Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. If unable to keep an appointment, please notify us 24 hours in advance so that we may reschedule the appointment.
Financial
At Drs. Checkoff, Casey and Trindade's office we want to provide you with quality orthodontic care that fits within your budget! For the convenience of our patients, we accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover, as well as financing options. We offer a 5% prepaid discount if payment is made in cash and a 3% prepaid discount if paid with credit card. We will be happy to arrange a convenient payment plan, which can extend over the treatment period. We thoroughly explain your options, so that we can accommodate your needs.
Insurance
Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Many insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is distinct from regular dental insurance. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts.
We are a preferred provider for many insurance programs and our financial team will be glad to file insurance claims for you. We allow them 45 days to render payment. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.
Please note that your insurance coverage is an agreement between you and your insurance company. If for any reason the estimated amount is not paid by your insurance company, it becomes your obligation.
